Where to Eat on a Crisp Winters Day
When the sky is blue and the sun is shining we like to have lunch outdoors, whether it's on the go or at one of Bath's alfresco spots.
During the Bath Christmas Market weeks there are plenty of stalls selling delicious food, from steak and pulled pork buns to stew pots and pancakes.
For an alpine style experience visit The Lodge on Stall Street and the Après-ski bar at the Abbey Hotel; both serve festive food and drink.
A great place to go in the city center is a string of restaurants by the Theatre Royal, where you can choose from The Garrick's Head for traditional British fare, Vino Vino for some continental bites and The Oven for pizza. All have good food and atmosphere.
